Working from your own home; PT365 can come to your home and workout with you in your own lounge, this can be very convenient if you have young children and don’t want to visit a busy gym.

I like to Work closely with individual clients to develop personalized fitness or health plans; measuring blood pressure, body fat ratio and heart recovery rate; providing advice about stress management and nutrition; monitoring client progress; providing feedback and support as well as maintaining and updating client records, among others.
