Personal Training

This is a one-one Training hour with a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer -

As a Personal Trainer I have Knowledge of specific sports skills, conditioning, nutrition and all areas of fitness such as aerobics, training intensity, strength training and exercise selection; effective motivation.

Buggy Workout

Buggy Workout is a fun, upbeat fitness session guaranteed to leave you with a smile on your face and feeling fitter!

Circuit Training

Circuit training is high-intensity aerobics and its a form of body conditioning or resistance training. It is easy to follow and targets strength building as well as muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program

Boot Camp

A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program conducted by, personal trainers. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour period of time.

For that time you are wanting to go for a run but dont want to go on your own, I can offer 5k, 10k or 15k
